Fae, Fairies, Family & Seahorses is a cultural, educational, and family festival celebrating imagination, Afrofuturism, environmental stewardship, wellness, music, creativity, and community.  Thanks to the generous support of our Community Access Sponsor we are now able to offer reduced vending fees and welcome the community without an admission fee.

Thank you for participating in Fae, Fairies, Family & Seahorses. We are excited to welcome you to Louise Suggs Memorial Park for an enchanted evening of Afrofuturism, nature, music, community, family fun, environmental education, wellness, and wonder.

Your participation helps create a memorable experience while supporting Fertile Ground Incorporated's mission of building stronger families and stronger communities.

Please review the following information carefully before submitting your registration.

Vendor Check-In & Schedule

• Vendor Check-In: 12:30 PM

• Setup Begins: 1:00 PM

• Event Opens: 4:00 PM

• Event Ends: 9:00 PM

• Breakdown Begins: 9:00 PM

• Final Breakdown: 10:30 PM

Important: Check in using your Business or Organization Name only. Vendor vehicles may enter only during approved setup and breakdown times. All vehicles must be removed before the event opens to the public. No vehicle movement is allowed during event hours without approval from Event Staff.

Vendor Fees

• Non-profit / Community Organization: $37.50

• Business / Art Vendor, No Food: $50

• Food Vendor, No Truck: $50

• Food Truck: $62.50

Payment must be submitted with the registration form to secure a vendor space. Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers.
