This registration form reserves your place in the upcoming cohort. Once your registration and deposit have been received, you'll receive your Apprentice Enrollment Packet, Academy Handbook, and all the information needed to prepare for your first gathering.

Section Eight — Deposit Policy

A non-refundable $300 deposit ($175 early bird) is required to reserve your seat in The Living Apothecary. (total cost is $1597)

Your seat is not considered reserved until both this registration form and your deposit have been received.

Remaining tuition may be paid in full or according to the approved payment plan.
